Embryo transfer update

Just a very quick to inform that the embryo transfer will not be happening today as it was originally planned. The embryologist called when we were on our way to Southampton to let us know that we have 4 good quality embryos, but it would be wise to wait a couple of days to see how they develop and then they will be able to determine which one is the correct one to implant.

I was looking forward to the transfer being today for several reasons. One, to get the whole thing done with and two, because I had already taken the time off work and now I am going to take more days. A bit of a nuisance, but we will have to go with whatever is best for me and the embryos.

So, Wednesday afternoon is definitely the day now, so I will keep you informed then!
